Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Relationship Executive based in Vuyyuru.

The Junior Relationship

Executive will engage with customers and self-help groups, explain loan products, assist with applications, and support disbursement and repayment processes. The role includes conducting field visits, verifying customer information, and maintaining accurate records in alignment with company policies and compliance standards.

Executive will also support collection activities, address customer queries, and help build long-term,



trust-based relationships within the community. Collaboration with branch staff and reporting on daily activities and performance metrics are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship skills to engage effectively with diverse community members.
- Candidates should possess basic financial literacy and understanding of lending processes, including loan documentation and repayment tracking.
- Candidates should possess fieldwork and community outreach capabilities, including willingness to travel locally and work closely with self-help groups.
- Candidates should possess basic computer skills and comfort with digital tools or mobile applications used for data entry and reporting.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity in handling customer information and transactions.
- Minimum educational qualification of a higher secondary certificate or graduate degree in any discipline; prior experience in microfinance, banking, or NBFCs is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Vuyyuru, adapt to rural and semi-urban environments, and communicate effectively in local languages as well as basic English.
