Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Program Manager to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic Aerospace & Defence programs. The role requires strong understanding of Program Management principles, MSP skills, project governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful program delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.

The candidate will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and customer teams to support the execution of complex defence and aerospace programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of aerospace and defence programs.
- Assist Program Managers in developing and maintaining integrated project plans, schedules, risk registers, and program dashboards.
- Apply MSP principles and best practices for program governance and benefits realization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Quality, SCM, Finance, and Customers.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
- Monitor program risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Prepare periodic management reviews, status reports, and customer presentations.
- Ensure adherence to contractual commitments, timelines, and quality requirements.
- Support resource planning, budgeting, and program performance tracking.
- Drive project review meetings and follow up on actions for timely closure.
- Maintain program documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and project governance standards.




- Assist in customer communication and stakeholder management activities.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
- MBA (Operations / Project Management / General Management) from a recognized institution.
- Certification or exposure to MSP (Managing Successful Programmes), PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Experience

- (2-5) years of experience in Program Management, Project Coordination, PMO, or Project Planning.
- Exposure to Aerospace, Defence, Manufacturing, Engineering, or High-Technology industries preferred.

- Immediate Joiners Preferred. Candidates with a blend of BE/B.Tech + MBA qualification and exposure to MSP-based Program Management practices will be given strong preference.
