Role Description The Junior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves supporting senior designers with concept development, space planning, and preparation of interior layouts and construction drawings.

The Junior Interior

Designer will assist in selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), coordinating with vendors, and contributing to design presentations and mood boards. Daily responsibilities include site visits, measurements, documentation, and ensuring that design details are accurately translated into modular and turnkey solutions.



The role also requires collaborating with project teams to meet timelines and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to translate concepts into practical design solutions.
- Proficiency in Space Planning, including layout optimization and functional zoning for residential and commercial projects.
- Ability to develop and interpret Construction Drawings, with attention to detail and coordination with project execution teams.
- Knowledge of FF&E; selection, including materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment appropriate for modular interiors.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Familiarity with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong visual sense, creativity, and ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
- Good communication, time management, and organizational skills; prior internship or junior-level experience in interiors is an advantage.
