Role Description The Junior E-Commerce Executive is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. This role involves supporting the management of online sales channels, monitoring product listings, pricing, and promotions, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date content across e-commerce platforms. The individual will help track and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness,



preparing regular reports and insights for senior team members.

The role includes coordinating with account managers, sales teams, and marketing colleagues to improve online conversion, customer satisfaction, and retention. The Junior E-Commerce Executive will also assist with inventory checks, order follow-ups, and resolving platform-related issues to maintain a smooth end-to-end e-commerce experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret e-commerce data, track KPIs, and support data-driven decisions.
- Account Management capabilities to maintain platform relationships and support key client or partner accounts.
- Sales and Sales Management skills to assist in meeting online revenue targets and optimizing conversion rates.
- Team Management exposure or experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, online merchandising, and basic digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools; familiarity with CRM or e-commerce dashboards is an advantage.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field; prior e-commerce or online retail experience is preferred.
