About the Role

We are looking for a technically skilled executive to configure and maintain our CRM, build integrations, and support sales and customer communication workflows across courses, webinars, reports, consultations, and offline events.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure CRM modules, fields, pipelines, workflows, assignment rules, permissions, and dashboards.
- Integrate website enquiries, Meta lead forms, WhatsApp platforms, and TagMango with CRM using APIs and webhooks.
- Implement customer identification and duplicate prevention using mobile numbers, email addresses, and relevant unique IDs.
- Build and maintain integrations with dialers such as Ozonetel, Exotel, and Ameyo, including auto-dialer campaign configuration.
- Capture call start and end times, duration, agent, status, and recording links against the correct CRM record.
- Implement follow-up and old-customer reactivation workflows.
- Write and modify scripts and custom functions for CRM automation.
- Troubleshoot API failures,



missing records, incorrect mappings, and call-log synchronization issues.
- Investigate telephony issues and coordinate with dialer providers for resolution.
- Test implementations, maintain documentation, and support internal users.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience implementing or customizing a CRM platform.
- Practical knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and integrations.
- Basic coding ability in JavaScript, Python, Google Apps Script, or a CRM-specific scripting language.
- Understanding of data mapping, customer matching, duplicate prevention, and synchronization.
- Experience building CRM workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Ability to read API documentation and troubleshoot technical issues.

Preferred Experience

- CRM integration with dialers such as Ozonetel, Exotel, or Ameyo.
- Auto-dialer configuration and call-recording synchronization.
- Meta Lead Ads, WhatsApp API platforms, and TagMango integrations.
- Automation platforms such as Pabbly, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
