Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role with 2+ years experience, located in Anna Nagar, Chennai.

The Junior

Architect will assist in developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing drawings, 3D models, and presentations under the guidance of senior team members. Daily tasks include drafting plans and sections, coordinating with consultants, collecting site measurements, and supporting material selection and specifications. The role also involves preparing documentation for clients and authorities, participating in design discussions,



and ensuring that project deliverables align with design intent and quality standards.

The Junior

Architect will collaborate closely with designers and project leads to support projects from conceptual stage to execution.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in architectural drafting and 3D modeling .
- Ability to develop design concepts, space planning solutions, and basic interior layouts aligned with project requirements.
- Proficiency in creating presentation drawings, mood boards, and visualizations .
- Knowledge of building materials, interior finishes, basic construction techniques, and detailing standards.
- Good understanding of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes is an advantage.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, and coordinate with consultants and vendors.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; internship or 0–2 years of qualified experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and grow within a design-focused, client-centric practice.
