Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and delivery of architectural and interior projects as a full-time, on-site team member in Chennai. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in concept development, preparing drawings and 3D models, contributing to design presentations, and coordinating with senior designers and consultants. The role involves developing detailed construction documentation, supporting site inspections, and helping address design and technical queries.

The Junior

Architect will also assist with basic project coordination tasks,



such as organizing design materials and maintaining project files, while ensuring design quality and alignment with client requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to contribute to concept development and detailed drawings.
- Understanding of Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, or digital workflows.
- Basic Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and supporting coordination among stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, vray , SketchUp, Adobe photoshop) and willingness to learn new tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Strong visual, technical, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced studio environment and openness to feedback and mentorship.
