Role Description The Junior Accountant role at Aayu is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. This role involves handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable.

The Junior

Accountant will support invoice processing, expense tracking, bank reconciliations, and basic financial reporting in coordination with the senior finance team.

Responsibilities also include helping prepare documentation for audits and compliance, organizing financial records, and ensuring timely and accurate data entry in accounting systems.



The role requires close collaboration with operations and management teams to support budgeting, cost control, and smooth financial workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong foundational accounting skills, including knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and basic financial statements.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, including data entry, spreadsheet formulas, and financial record management.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work, with the ability to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess valuable organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain structured financial documentation.
