Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Jr. VFX Production Coordinator to support the production team in managing daily workflows, tracking shot progress, coordinating with artists and supervisors, and ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with an interest in the visual effects industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the VFX Production team in planning, tracking, and coordinating daily production activities.
- Monitor shot progress and maintain production trackers, schedules, and status reports.
- Coordinate with artists, leads, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow up on assigned tasks, deadlines, and pending shots to support timely deliveries.
- Update production management software and maintain accurate production records.
- Communicate changes in priorities, schedules, and shot requirements to relevant team members.
- Assist in identifying production delays or bottlenecks and escalate issues to the Production Manager.
- Participate in production meetings and share updates on shot status and task completion.
- Support the team in managing internal and client delivery schedules.




- Ensure proper documentation and coordination throughout the production pipeline.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, VFX, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in production coordination, animation, VFX, or a related field. Freshers with relevant knowledge may apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of VFX production workflows and the shot production pipeline.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other documentation tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Robust attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with production tracking tools such as ShotGrid or similar software.
- Basic understanding of VFX terminology and production stages.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
