Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Supporting as backup for critical resources in cases of unplanned absenceCreation of daily/weekly/monthly reports for managementMailbox managementParticipating in monthly reviews with internal/external stakeholders in absence of team leaderCoordinating with stakeholders to bring resolution on pending and disputed casesEnsuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved in a timely mannerMeeting defined productivity and qualityUploading the customer invoices on various customer portals
What You Need to Succeed
M. Com/B. Com (or similar), with prior experience (2-3 Years) in invoice uploading.
SAP knowledge will be preferred.Excellent oral and written communication abilities
Team Player, excellent analytical skills,
willingness to go the extra mile, keen eye for detail, ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders, maturity in handling complex situations with calm demeanor.
Shift time would be 12:00PM to 9:00PMFlexible to work in different shift and extended working hours as per requirement
