Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end FCCS implementations, financial consolidation processes, metadata management, business rules, and data integration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Configure Oracle FCCS applications to meet business requirements for financial consolidation and close processes.
- Design and maintain application metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, members, and properties.
- Develop, configure, and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, and consolidation logic.
- Configure and manage data integration using Data Integration, Data Management, and related EPM Cloud tools.
- Implement financial consolidation processes, including currency translation, intercompany eliminations, and ownership management.
- Work closely with finance, accounting, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and reconciliation of financial data.
- Troubleshoot application, calculation, data-loading, and consolidation issues.
- Support application migration, deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer.




- Provide post-implementation support and continuously improve financial close processes.

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service).
- Proven experience in end-to-end implementation, preferably including configuration and go-live activities.
- Good understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud architecture and financial consolidation processes.
- Experience with metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and application configuration.
- Hands-on experience with business rules and calculation logic.
- Experience with Data Integration, Data Management, and financial data loading.
- Understanding of currency translation, intercompany eliminations, and financial close activities.
- Experience in testing, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and production support.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with other Oracle EPM Cloud applications, such as Oracle Planning (EPBCS) or Oracle Hyperion.
- Knowledge of Financial Reporting and Smart View.
- Understanding of finance and accounting concepts, including financial statements and consolidation.
- Experience working with finance stakeholders in large-scale enterprise environments.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Total experience: 6–10 years.
- Relevant experience: Robust hands-on Oracle FCCS experience with end-to-end implementation projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Excellent analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should have independently contributed to or led key activities in at least one full-cycle Oracle FCCS implementation, with practical exposure to configuration, business rules, data integration, testing, and deployment. Candidates with only production support experience and no meaningful implementation exposure should not be prioritized.
