About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Java Spring Boot Developer & Trainer with strong programming fundamentals and hands-on development skills.

The ideal candidate should enjoy coding, building backend applications, solving technical problems, and explaining concepts to students and aspiring developers.

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply. Prior teaching experience is not mandatory, but a genuine interest in teaching and mentoring is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct practical training sessions on Core Java, Spring Boot, and backend development.

Explain programming concepts through live coding and real-world examples.

Prepare hands-on assignments, exercises, and project-based learning materials.

Guide students in building REST APIs and database-driven applications.

Work on practical Java and Spring Boot development projects.

Help learners understand debugging, clean coding, and software development practices.

Stay updated with contemporary Java development tools and industry practices.





Required Skills

Strong understanding of Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming.

Hands-on knowledge of Java collections, exception handling, and Java 11+ features.

Understanding of Spring Boot and REST API development.

Basic knowledge of SQL and MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Familiarity with Spring Data JPA or Hibernate is preferred.

Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

A genuine interest in coding, teaching, and mentoring.

Eligibility

Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience can apply.

B.Tech, B.E., MCA, or relevant qualification is preferred.

Candidates must demonstrate practical coding knowledge through projects or a technical assessment.

Candidates should be comfortable delivering live coding demonstrations.

Candidates currently residing in Bhopal and candidates from other cities who are willing to relocate to Bhopal are welcome to apply. Selected candidates must be willing to work from our Bhopal office.
