Job Title: JD Edwards CNC Administrator

Location: Remote

Position Summary

JD Edwards (JDE) CNC Administrator to manage and support our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments. The administrator will maintain system availability, performance, security, and reliability while supporting deployments, upgrades, integrations, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer JDE EnterpriseOne development, test, and production environments.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Enterprise Servers, HTML/JAS Servers, AIS Servers, Deployment Servers, and Server Manager.
- Build and deploy full and update packages; manage object promotions through Object Management Workbench (OMW).
- Maintain Object Configuration Manager (OCM) mappings, path codes, environments, data sources, and processing queues.
- Plan and execute Tools Release upgrades, Electronic Software Updates (ESUs), patches, and other maintenance activities.
- Monitor system health, server logs, batch processing, and application performance; investigate and resolve incidents.
- Administer user accounts, roles, and security configurations in coordination with security and compliance teams.
- Support AIS and Orchestrator infrastructure, connectivity, authentication, and integration troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot failed UBEs, package deployments, server connectivity, and environment configuration issues.
- Coordinate with database and infrastructure teams on capacity planning, backups, recovery, and disaster recovery testing.
- Support change management, release planning, maintenance windows, and production readiness reviews.
- Maintain configuration documentation, operating procedures, and incident resolution records.
- Provide on-call and after-hours support as required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,



Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least three years of hands-on experience administering JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments.
- Strong understanding of EnterpriseOne CNC architecture, Server Manager, OMW, OCM, package builds, and deployments.
- Experience installing ESUs and supporting Tools Release upgrades.
- Working knowledge of the operating systems and databases used in the JDE environment, such as Windows, Linux, IBM i, Oracle Database, SQL Server, or Db2.
- Ability to review logs, identify root causes, and resolve application and infrastructure issues.
- Understanding of networking, authentication, SSL/TLS certificates, and enterprise application security.
- Robust communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience following formal incident, change, and release management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2.
- Experience supporting AIS Server, Orchestrator, REST integrations, and external integration platforms.
- Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server and enterprise web infrastructure.
- Familiarity with high-availability configurations, load balancing, and disaster recovery.
- Experience hosting JDE on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, or AWS.
- Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools.
- Experience supporting audit requirements and access reviews.
- Relevant Oracle JD Edwards training or certifications.

Success in This Role The successful candidate will maintain reliable JDE environments, deliver controlled and timely deployments, resolve incidents effectively, and keep technical documentation current. They will communicate clearly with technical and business teams and identify opportunities to improve system performance and operational efficiency.
