About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing scalable web applications, designing robust backend systems, and building responsive frontend interfaces. The candidate will be responsible for the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java-based technologies.
- Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using Angular or React.
- Design, develop, and optimize databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.
- Write clean, reusable, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, product managers, and other developers.




- Use Git for version control and contribute to CI/CD and deployment processes.
- Maintain technical documentation and continuously improve application performance and security.

Required Technical Skills

- Programming Language: Core Java, Advanced Java, OOP concepts, Collections, Multithreading.
- Backend Technologies: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA.
- Frontend Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular or React.
- Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or equivalent relational databases.
- API Development: REST APIs, JSON, API integration.
- Tools: Git, GitHub/GitLab, Maven or Gradle, Postman.
- Testing: JUnit, Mockito, and integration testing.
- Additional Skills: Basic knowledge of Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture will be an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. 2–5 years of relevant experience in Java Full Stack Development.
3. Strong understanding of software development principles and object-oriented programming.
4. Experience developing and deploying production-ready web applications.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
6. Valuable communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
