Experience Required

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT training or facilitation

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver IT training sessions as per the prescribed curriculum
- Conduct interactive learning sessions with students (children) as per schedule and methodology
- Ensure student attendance, engagement, and regular tracking of participation
- Manage daily operations of the IT lab
- Regularly update attendance records, assessments, and reports
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports and document feedback, testimonials, and case studies
- Conduct student assessments to evaluate learning outcomes
- Facilitate parent sessions as per project schedule





Data Management

- Maintain attendance records, training logs, and assessment results
- Submit timely reports to the Center Head
- Track session-wise data and ensure its accuracy for MIS and reporting needs

Skills Required

- Strong command over MS Office and IT basics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Team player with a student-focused mindset

Qualification

- Graduate (Mandatory)
- IT or Computer Science background preferred
- Robust working knowledge of MS Office and digital tools
