About the Job:

We are looking for an IT Support Executive with hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, system maintenance, and technical support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and hardware-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Diagnose hardware faults and coordinate repairs whenever required.
- Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT issues.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper system functioning.
- Assist with basic LAN, connectivity, and peripheral-related issues.

Requirements:

- 6 months to 5 years of experience in IT Support / Hardware Support.
- Robust knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, printers, LAN, and networking.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Candidates based in Mumbai preferred.

Location: Goregaon West (6 days working)
