IT Operations and Support Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive IT Operations and Support Engineer to help maintain IT systems, support software applications, and ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations. The role involves troubleshooting, system monitoring, user assistance, and coordination with internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor IT systems and ensure the smooth functioning of applications and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and access-related issues.
- Assist with system configuration, software installations, and routine maintenance.
- Support application updates, deployments, and technical issue resolution.
- Maintain system records, technical documentation, and support reports.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues.




- Assist with data backup, access management, and basic security practices.
- Provide timely technical assistance to internal users and clients.

Skills and Qualifications

- 0 to 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or technical operations.
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, and software applications.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, databases, and troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms or server management is an advantage.
- Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and learn new technologies.
