About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced IT Managers and Systems Managers to support an AI training project focused on IT strategy, systems architecture, infrastructure optimization, and technology operations. You’ll apply your management and technical expertise to evaluate real-world IT challenges and provide practical recommendations.

No prior AI experience is required — your IT management expertise is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert input on IT strategy, systems architecture, and infrastructure optimization.
- Evaluate vendor management, procurement processes, and third-party system integrations.
- Assess security compliance, risk mitigation, and regulatory requirements.
- Review proposed IT solutions and identify gaps in architecture, implementation, and operational feasibility.
- Share best practices for technical team leadership, knowledge transfer, and professional development.
- Evaluate technical documentation, workflows, and processes for clarity and efficiency.
- Participate in structured discussions and written assignments to improve AI tools for IT professionals.

Required Qualifications

- At least 5 years of experience as an IT Manager, Systems Manager, or in a comparable leadership role.
- Proven expertise in IT strategy, systems architecture,



and technology roadmapping.
- Experience leading technical teams or managing enterprise-scale infrastructure.
- Strong background in vendor management, contract evaluation, and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
- Strong understanding of risk management and security compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate technical documentation and operational processes holistically.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience mentoring and coaching IT professionals.
- Expertise in infrastructure planning, enterprise technology operations, and systems optimization.
- Experience evaluating vendor solutions and improving IT governance.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical recommendations.

Compensation

- $60–$75/hour.
- Independent contractor engagement.
- Fully work from home.
- Approximately 5 openings available.
