About the Role The IT Junior Executive will support technology operations across Bangalore and other sites. The role covers Windows systems, software installation, networks, Windows Server 2016, VMware, system services, and user troubleshooting. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will resolve incidents, maintain infrastructure, and escalate complex issues. Success means stable systems, lower downtime, and timely employee support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage system services and resolve incidents across sites to maintain availability and reduce disruption to business operations.
- Install, configure, maintain, and update Windows operating systems and software across company devices.
- Administer networks, monitor connectivity, and resolve faults affecting access to business systems.




- Maintain Windows Server 2016 and VMware environments for reliable IT operations.
- Provide technical support, document issues, communicate progress, and escalate complex problems.

Essential Skills & Technologies

- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, software installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Practical network administration skills, including connectivity monitoring, infrastructure troubleshooting, and basic security awareness.
- Working experience with Windows Server 2016 administration and maintenance.
- Hands-on familiarity with VMware environments and virtual infrastructure support.
- Explicit troubleshooting, communication, prioritization, and escalation skills.

Additional Plus

- IT support, network administration, Windows Server, or VMware certifications and multi-site support experience are advantageous.

What You'll Bring

- Three to five years of experience in IT support, infrastructure support, system administration, or a related role.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Bachelor of Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and service skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with the IT Manager.
- Practical experience with Windows, networks, Windows Server 2016, VMware, software support, and incident resolution.
