We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead infrastructure integration projects related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A;) and laboratory environments.

The ideal candidate should have solid project ownership, be capable of working independently with minimal handholding, and drive projects from planning through execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and integration projects related to M&A; and laboratory environments.
- Take ownership of project planning, execution, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage infrastructure readiness and integration activities, including networks, servers, and equipment relocation, as applicable.




- Identify project risks and resolve issues independently, escalating only when required.
- Ensure timely delivery and effective communication across stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of relevant project management experience.
- Proven experience owning and driving projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and integration projects.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or laboratory industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Ideal Candidate A hands-on project manager who can take complete ownership of infrastructure integration projects, work with minimal guidance, and ensure timely execution and delivery.
