About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Deployment Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) and Microsoft Defender for Identity (MDI) deployment waves across multiple countries, regions, and IT management domains.

This is a delivery coordination and project management role, focused on planning, stakeholder coordination, deployment readiness, risk management, and delivery tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned MDE/MDI deployment waves across multiple countries and management domains.
- Coordinate activities between global program teams, regional and local IT teams, Microsoft, and third-party vendors.
- Maintain deployment plans, milestones, dependencies, priorities, and action items using Azure DevOps.
- Facilitate regular deployment meetings and daily stand-ups during production deployment.
- Monitor local team readiness, resource availability, and progress against agreed timelines.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Provide concise status updates to program management, including action owners, deadlines, and delivery forecasts.
- Coordinate change management and communications with local teams.
- Support the transition from pilot deployments to large-scale production rollouts.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Project Coordination,



or a similar delivery role.
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects, preferably involving cybersecurity initiatives.
- 2+ years of practical experience in Agile/Scrum delivery coordination.
- Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for day-to-day project planning, tracking, and workstream management.
- Experience coordinating multiple technical teams, stakeholders, and parallel workstreams.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to facilitate meetings, manage senior stakeholders, and prepare clear status reports.
- Solid organizational, communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) or Microsoft Defender for Identity (MDI).
- Exposure to endpoint security, EDR/XDR, IAM, or cybersecurity deployment programs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Active Directory Group Policy, or Microsoft security technologies.
- Experience coordinating large-scale endpoint or server deployments.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones.
- Previous experience working with Microsoft or global IT service providers.
- Familiarity with large multinational organizations and complex stakeholder environments.
