Role Description The Internship for Accounts role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for one year. Interns will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, supporting GST and tax-related documentation, and helping prepare basic financial reports. The role involves working closely with the finance team on reconciliations, data entry,



and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and relevant regulations.

Interns may also support client account management tasks, contribute to process documentation, and gain hands-on experience with tools such as SAP Business One. This position offers practical exposure to core accounting functions and advisory services in a structured, team-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and record sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial documents.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Support GST-related documentation and basic tax compliance.
- Assist in preparing reports, statements, and expense summaries.
- Work with accounting software such as Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Verify transactions and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
