Job Title: International Travel Consultant – Backend Operations

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: Up to ₹32,000 CTC per month

Experience: Minimum 6 months in the travel process

Education: Graduate / Undergraduate

Communication: C1-level English proficiency

Working Days: 5 days a week with rotational week-offs

Transport: Free both-side cab facility

Role Overview:

We are looking for an International Travel Consultant to manage backend travel operations, including bookings, cancellations, amendments, and coordination with travel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage international travel bookings, cancellations, and amendments.
- Process reservation requests and update booking details accurately.




- Coordinate with travel partners to resolve booking-related issues.
- Verify passenger and reservation information.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 6 months of travel process experience.
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level).
- Knowledge of travel bookings, cancellations, and amendments.
- Valuable attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts and week-offs.
