Role Description The Internal Audit Officer will be responsible for planning and executing internal audits for the Surat office in alignment with firm policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing financial records and processes, assessing internal controls, identifying risks, and preparing clear audit reports with actionable recommendations. The role involves coordinating with different departments, verifying compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations, and supporting continuous improvement in financial and operational procedures.

Officer will also assist in follow-up audits to ensure implementation of corrective measures and contribute to documentation and standardization of audit practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat.

Qualifications

CA DROPOUT IS PREFFERED

- Strong finance and financial audit skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements and assess compliance with standards.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing audit reports, with attention to accuracy, clarity, and documentation quality.
- Advanced analytical skills for evaluating internal controls, identifying risk areas, and recommending improvements.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, presenting findings, and supporting corrective action plans.
- Relevant academic background in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; CA, CMA, or equivalent qualified qualification preferred.
- Experience in internal audit, statutory audit, or risk management within professional services or corporate environments.
- Familiarity with auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks.
- Ability to work with audit tools and MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
