Headquartered at Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi, the company operates a modern manufacturing plant in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, and serves Government clients, OEMs, private institutions, and a wide dealer and distribution network across India. BMI Cables works across two core verticals—wires & cables.

Role Description This is a full-time, in office Internal Auditor role based at the New Delhi headquarters.

The Internal

Auditor will conduct regular financial and operational audits, review internal controls, and assess adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and industry certifications. The role involves preparing detailed audit plans, performing risk assessments across departments, and evaluating processes related to manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and sales.

Auditor will draft clear audit reports, highlight findings, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on the implementation of agreed improvements. The position also requires close collaboration with finance, operations,



and management teams to support transparency, cost efficiency, and continuous process enhancement.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and assess business and operational risks.
- Proficiency in finance and financial audits, including reviewing ledgers, statements, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Experience in preparing and presenting audit reports that are accurate, structured, and actionable.
- Effective communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams, explain audit findings, and support corrective actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications such as CIA, CA, or CMA are an advantage.
- Knowledge of internal control frameworks and audit methodologies, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while managing multiple audits and deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, MS Excel, and other audit and reporting tools is beneficial.
