Role Description The Intern – Research & Business Development role is a full time hybrid position based in Ghaziabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The intern will support research projects by gathering and analyzing information on businesses, industries, and decision contexts relevant to advisory engagements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing briefs and summaries, assisting in the development of business development strategies, and contributing to client presentations and proposals.





The role involves coordinating with prospective clients, maintaining records of outreach activities, and supporting the design of thought leadership materials and program frameworks. The intern will collaborate closely with the advisory team to ensure that research insights and business development efforts are aligned with the firm’s mission of strengthening decision quality.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, evaluate assumptions, and draw logical conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and professionally.
- Customer service orientation, with an emphasis on responsiveness, empathy, and maintaining confidentiality in client interactions.
- Basic understanding of finance and business concepts to support strategic and management advisory work.
- Interest in sales and business development, including client outreach, relationship-building, and pipeline tracking.
- Proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and online research.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a hybrid work environment in Ghaziabad.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in business, economics, management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
