Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Manager to oversee daily site operations, coordinate with contractors and vendors, monitor project progress, and ensure that all work is completed according to approved designs, quality standards, safety guidelines, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision: Manage daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Workforce Management: Supervise site workers, contractors, and subcontractors and allocate tasks according to project requirements.
- Quality Control: Ensure the quality of materials, workmanship, finishing, and installation meets company standards.
- Project Timeline: Monitor daily progress and ensure that project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Material Management: Coordinate material procurement, delivery, storage, and usage to avoid shortages or wastage.
- Site Inspection: Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure workers follow applicable safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Reporting: Prepare daily or weekly progress reports, maintain site records, and update management about project status.
- Problem-Solving:



Identify and resolve in office challenges, delays, and coordination issues efficiently.
- Budget Monitoring: Monitor material consumption, labour costs, and site expenses to help control project costs.
- Client Coordination: Provide project updates and coordinate site visits with clients whenever required.
- Final Handover: Ensure snagging, finishing work, defect rectification, and final site handover are completed properly.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.

Relevant experience in site supervision, construction, or interior fit-out projects.

Knowledge of site execution, construction materials, drawings, and finishing work.

Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is an advantage.
