- Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, mood boards, colour palettes, and design presentations.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, flooring, wall treatments, lighting, and fixtures.
- Coordinate with architects, project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Review site conditions and ensure the feasibility of proposed designs.

Styling &

- Décor

- Style residential spaces using furniture, furnishings, artwork, soft décor, accessories, plants, and decorative elements.
- Create cohesive visual themes while maintaining balance between aesthetics, comfort, and functionality.
- Curate furniture, fabrics, rugs, cushions, lighting, artwork, and accessories suited to the overall design concept.
- Ensure consistency in styling across bedrooms, living areas, dining spaces, outdoor areas, and other designated spaces.
- Prepare properties for final handover, visual presentation, and skilled photography, where required.

3. Sourcing &

- Vendor Coordination

- Identify and source furniture,



décor products, materials, and accessories from suitable vendors and suppliers.
- Compare quotations, evaluate product quality, and support procurement within approved budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors for custom furniture, furnishings, décor installations, and product deliveries.
- Track orders, delivery schedules, and installation activities to ensure timely completion.

Project

Execution &

- Quality Control

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to approved design specifications.
- Inspect furniture placement, finishes, lighting, décor installations, and overall styling quality.
- Identify design discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant teams.

5. Documentation &

- Presentation

- Prepare mood boards, design presentations, material palettes, styling references, and product specifications.
- Maintain records of selected materials, furniture, décor items, vendor details, and project budgets.
- Create visual references and styling guidelines for consistent implementation across projects.
