Role Description This is a full time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Delhi, India.

The Interior

Designer will meet with homeowners to understand their lifestyle, functional needs, and aesthetic preferences, translating these insights into creative and practical design concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing space plans, creating mood boards, selecting materials and finishes, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) in line with brand standards. The role involves collaborating closely with project managers, contractors,



and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately, on time, and within budget.

The Interior

Designer will also conduct site visits, review work progress, and refine designs based on client feedback, maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design skills, including concept development, material selection, and residential design solutions.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize layouts for functionality, circulation, and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles as they relate to interior layouts, structural considerations, and building codes.
- Ability to create and interpret Construction Drawings and detailed documentation for contractors and vendors.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination, aligned with budget and design requirements.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Comfort with design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong communication, client-facing, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Detail-oriented approach, time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in residential interiors or renovation projects, preferably with a design firm or similar environment.
