Role Description The Interior Design Sales role is a full-time, in office position based in Pune City. This role involves meeting with prospective and existing clients to understand their design needs, budget, and timelines, and presenting suitable design and product solutions.

The Interior Design

Sales professional will prepare and deliver proposals, coordinate with the design team on space planning and furniture selection, and follow up to convert leads into confirmed projects. Daily responsibilities include managing client communications, conducting site visits, explaining design concepts and material options,



and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to project handover. The role also includes maintaining relationship with vendors and contributing to sales targets and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Client-focused skills in Customer Service to build trust, manage expectations, and handle queries professionally.
- Knowledge of Interior Design and Space Planning to understand layouts, aesthetics, and functional requirements.
- Strong Sales capabilities to generate leads, present solutions, negotiate, and close deals.
- Familiarity with Furniture options, finishes, and materials to guide clients in product selection.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts clearly.
- Basic understanding of design tools or software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is an advantage.
- Ability to conduct site visits, work on multiple projects, and collaborate with designers and project teams.
- Prior experience in interior design sales, real estate, or home décor is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
