Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Durg.

The Insurance

Agent will engage with existing and prospective customers to understand their financial protection needs and recommend suitable insurance products and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting customer meetings, explaining policy features, preparing and processing applications, and ensuring timely policy issuance and renewals.



The role also involves maintaining ongoing client relationships, providing post-sales service, and supporting claim-related queries to ensure a positive customer experience.

The Insurance

Agent will collaborate with internal teams and follow company guidelines and regulatory requirements to achieve sales targets and uphold service quality standards.

Qualifications

- Insurance product knowledge skills: Insurance, Insurance Brokerage.
- Sales and business development skills: Insurance Sales, lead generation, and prospecting.
- Financial acumen skills: Finance, understanding of basic financial planning and risk management.
- Client-facing skills: Customer Service, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Relevant experience in insurance or financial services, preferably in a customer-facing or sales role.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work on-site in Durg, manage targets, and adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and basic computer skills for documentation, reporting, and use of CRM tools.
