Role Description The Insurance Advisor is a part-time, hybrid role based in Palghat, flexibility to work from home. The role involves advising individuals and businesses on suitable insurance products, explaining coverage options and policy terms, and helping customers select plans that meet their needs and budgets. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, meeting prospective and existing customers, preparing proposals and quotations,



and supporting customers through the policy issuance and renewal process.

The Insurance

Advisor will also assist with claim-related guidance, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service standards. The role requires consistent achievement of sales and service targets while upholding regulatory and company compliance.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Insurance and basic Finance concepts, with the ability to explain products and benefits clearly.
- Experience or aptitude in Customer Service, focused on building long-term relationships and delivering timely support.
- Consulting-oriented mindset, able to assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and professional writing for proposals and documentation.
- Specialization in finance, business, or related fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience in insurance sales, banking, financial services, or advisory roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfort with using digital tools and CRM systems for lead management and customer follow-up.
- Ability to work with strong ethical standards and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
