Role Description The Insurance Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Yamunanagar. This role involves promoting and selling life insurance products, supporting customers in selecting suitable protection and savings solutions, and ensuring accurate completion of policy documentation.

The Insurance

Officer will manage customer queries, provide policy servicing support, and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and clients to drive business growth. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting financial needs assessments,



and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards. The role also requires regular reporting of sales activities, participation in trainings, and coordination with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of insurance products and principles, with the ability to explain policy features and benefits clearly.
- Analytical skills to assess customer financial needs, evaluate risk profiles, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of finance concepts related to savings, investments, and protection planning.
- Customer service skills, including the ability to handle queries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Sales abilities to achieve targets, conduct consultations, and convert leads into policies in a professional and ethical manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in local language and English preferred.
- Ability to work in office, collaborate with bank staff, and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
