Opportunity Overview

We at ABA Learning Academy, Hyderabad are inviting accomplished finance & other professionals to lead high-impact Career Guidance Programs, focused on various career pathways followed with a requirement for full-time tutors/trainers.

This role is designed for experienced industry leaders who are passionate about mentoring the next generation of finance & other professionals and shaping their career journeys.

Beyond the boot camp, there is an opportunity to build a long-term academic association and lead specialized subject modules.

Role Purpose

As a Senior Mentor/Trainer, you will:

- Provide strategic career guidance on:
- Your specialized domain- open for discussion- any choice of domain.
- Global accounting roles
- Bookkeeping roles, etc.

- Share real-world insights on industry expectations, career progression, and global opportunities.
- Guide candidates in aligning their skills and goals with the right qualified pathway.
- Conduct high-level, engaging, and insight-driven sessions.
- Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to aspiring finance professionals.
- Highly self-sufficient candidate that does not require direct guidance/help.
- Capable of creating course plans, boot camp programs and providing apt study materials.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for professionals who:





- Hold at least 3-4 years of experience in their specialized domain.
- Have significant industry experience in finance, accounting, audit, advisory, or investment roles, or any roles you have to offer to us.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, executive presence, and mentoring ability.
- Are confident guiding students on long-term career decisions.
- Bring a strategic, global perspective to finance careers.
- Should have good Wi-Fi and a Laptop with Webcam.
- Can handle live sessions and live queries.

Preferred Expertise (Strong Advantage)

Hands-on experience with US and global accounting platforms such as:

- QuickBooks
- NetSuite
- Power BI
- AI Tools Specialization

Professionals with expertise in these tools may have the opportunity to continue leading advanced modules or subject-specific sessions beyond the boot camp.
