Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential customers.
- Generate, follow up on, and convert sales leads into business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and explain home interior services.
- Schedule client appointments and coordinate with the sales and design teams.
- Maintain customer details, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Achieve sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and lead conversion.

Requirements

- Experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Development.
- Experience in home interiors, modular kitchens, furniture, or home improvement sales is an advantage.
- Solid communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries, follow up consistently, and achieve targets.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
