Position: Manager – Inside Sales Growth & Revenue

About the role

Frido runs a high-volume B2C inside sales team of 120+ agents across multiple health and wellness categories. We’re looking for a revenue-focused sales leader to drive growth, improve conversions and help the team close more deals, month after month.

You’ll be a closer at heart and a builder by nature: someone who has sold, has led sellers, and knows what it takes to grow revenue on an Indian B2C inside sales floor.

What you’ll do

- Own revenue growth targets across categories in partnership with the Head of Inside Sales and Group Heads
- Find and act on conversion opportunities across the funnel: lead quality, follow-ups, pitch, pricing, offers and closing
- Coach TLs and agents on closing techniques, objection handling and high-value deals; step in on key calls when needed
- Build and refine sales pitches, scripts and incentive structures that drive performance
- Analyse sales data to spot trends, top performers and leaking deals,



and turn insights into action
- Drive initiatives in upselling, cross-selling and repeat purchases
- Introduce systems and tools that help agents close faster, such as lead prioritisation, follow-up automation and sales enablement content
- Act as the Head of Inside Sales’ right hand on growth, freeing leadership to scale the business

What we’re looking for

- 6–8 years of experience, with at least 3–4 years in inside sales in India
- Robust track record in B2C inside sales with consistently met or exceeded revenue targets
- Experience leading sales teams and coaching TLs and agents to higher conversion
- Deep understanding of the Indian B2C buyer, pricing sensitivity and phone-based selling
- Data-driven: comfortable with funnels, conversion metrics and revenue reporting
- Experience in health, wellness, D2C or consumer products is a plus
- High energy, hands-on, and excited by growth targets
