Role Description The Inside Sales Executive – Technical Sales & Client Coordination role is a full time, on-site position based in Cosign Pune office Urawade. This role focuses on managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, qualifying leads, and promoting Cosign’s modular architectural sign systems to prospective and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing and following up on quotations, coordinating with technical and sales teams, and ensuring timely responses to customer queries.

The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and excel.

The Inside Sales

Executive is expected to build strong client relationships,



assist in resolving issues, and support the sales team in achieving revenue and growth targets. Daily calling to be done on available database for lead generation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills for identifying opportunities and driving new business.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client interaction and relationship management.
- Relevant experience in technical or B2B sales, preferably in architectural, construction, signage, or related industries.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into clear client solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office and excel, and basic reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
