Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home. In this role, you will be responsible for driving lead generation, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales process. Key tasks include prospecting and qualifying potential clients, maintaining customer relationships,
delivering product information to clients, assisting in sales conversions, and meeting sales targets effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Robust Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Ability to identify and close sales opportunities effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the technology or legal industry is a plus
