About the Role

Kapstone Technological Services is looking for an Information Security Manager to manage information security governance, risk, compliance, and technical security activities, ensuring effective implementation of security controls and ISO 27001:2022 requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain ISO 27001:2022 ISMS and security policies.
- Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and risk treatment planning.
- Manage risk registers, Statement of Applicability (SoA), audit documentation, and compliance records.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, certification readiness, and corrective actions.
- Support vulnerability assessments, security reviews, incident management, and remediation.
- Review access controls, endpoint security, network security, and SIEM activities.
- Ensure alignment with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, and PCI DSS, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with IT, HR, management, clients,



and auditors on security requirements.
- Conduct security awareness training and track compliance improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, GRC, or ISMS implementation.
- Practical knowledge of ISO 27001:2022, risk assessments, security controls, and audit preparation.
- Understanding of vulnerability management, incident response, access control, and network security.
- Robust documentation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 27005, NIST CSF, SOC 2, and PCI DSS is preferred.

Preferred Certifications: ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Security+, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
