RCLASHERS Media is looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our Influencer Marketing & Talent Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator management, brand collaborations, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, research, and onboard influencers and content creators.
- Coordinate with creators for brand collaborations and paid campaigns.
- Assist in managing creator relationships and talent portfolios.
- Communicate with brands and support campaign execution.
- Track campaign deliverables, deadlines, and performance.
- Identify potential brand partnership opportunities.

Requirements
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Interest in influencer marketing,



social media, and talent management.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
