About Utsavy

Utsavy (utsavy.in) is a personalized digital invitation websites designed specifically for Indian events, ensuring each guest receives a unique, tailored invite instead of a mass message. The platform offers real-time updates, RSVP tracking, wishing walls, and custom domains to make wedding communication more engaging and organized. We're growing fast, and we're looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern who loves creators, campaigns and building relationships.

About the Role

You'll work at the centre of Utsavy's influencer and partnerships efforts. You'll find and manage creators for our campaigns, and you'll also coordinate collaborations with our B2B clients and partner brands from the first conversation to the final report.

What You'll Do

Influencer Marketing

Find influencers and creators who match Utsavy's audience, campaign goals and budget

Reach out to creators, negotiate deliverables and timelines, and manage ongoing communication

Share content briefs, review drafts and coordinate posting schedules

Track performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare simple campaign reports

Build and maintain Utsavy's influencer database

B2B Client Collaborations





Coordinate influencer collaborations with Utsavy's B2B clients and partner brands

Understand client requirements and turn them into transparent influencer campaign plans

Act as the link between clients and influencers so campaigns run on time and on brief

Help create pitch decks, proposals and post-campaign recap presentations

Join client calls, take notes and follow up on next steps

What We're Looking For

Active on Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, with a good feel for creator culture and trends

Clear, confident communication in English, Hindi and Bengali (any two is great)

Comfortable writing skilled emails and speaking with clients

Organised and proactive, able to juggle several conversations at once

Basic Google Sheets / Excel and Canva skills are a plus.
