About the Role-

We are looking for people who want to build physical products from the ground up and take them from ideas and engineering hypotheses to prototypes, validated systems, and eventually scalable products.

Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven Industrial Design Engineer to join the Morphedo product development team in Noida. This is a hands-on product engineering role for someone who can combine industrial design thinking with solid mechanical engineering fundamentals. You will work across concept development, product architecture, 3D CAD, airflow and structural simulation, prototyping, testing, DFM, serviceability, and design refinement.

You will collaborate closely with mechanical, electronics, firmware, testing, manufacturing, product, and leadership teams to turn Morphedo's product vision into functional, manufacturable, maintainable, and visually distinctive environmental hardware.

Key Responsibilities-

● Collaborate with clients to understand their products/ machine design and manufacturing requirements. ● Design the aesthetics, and functionality of components and the whole products

● Present designs to clients / internal team and understand it further modification is required.

● Negotiating and agreeing contracts, budgets and time scales.





● Use CAD and CAM systems to design and visualize projects.

● Testing Product designs using models, prototypes, specialist computer software and computer aided design (CAD) technology.

● Investigating appropriate materials and production processes.

● Producing Sketches and sample designs.

● Identify new systems and processes to drive quality, efficiency and save cost.

● Undertake complex calculations.

● Communicate effectively with the clients, colleagues, vendors, and suppliers involved in a project.

● Plan effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time, to standard and to budget.

Required Qualifications-

● Engineering in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics (Product/ Industrial/ Design Skill is a MUST)

Experience-

● Experience as Industrial Design Engineer - 0-3 years

● Experience with Mechanical Design work and knowledge in manufacturing processes.

● Experience with various plastic Fabrication processes.

● Experience in use of lean tools to help develop new processes, layouts and flow.
