- Hands-on experience in SAP TM configuration, including master data (locations, transportation lanes, zones, resources, business partners), forwarding units, freight units, and freight orders
- Experience with planning and optimization: freight unit building rules, planning profiles, selection profiles, the VSR optimizer, and carrier selection
- Knowledge of Freight Agreements, charge calculation, and Freight Settlement Documents
- Understanding of integration between TM and SD, MM, LE, and FI (order and delivery integration, freight cost posting)
- Experience with embedded TM in S/4HANA or standalone SAP TM 9.x
- Solid ABAP and ABAP Objects skills, including enhancements, BAdIs,



and user exits in the TM framework
- Experience with the BOPF framework (Business Object Processing Framework), including determinations, validations, and actions on TM business objects
- Experience with Floor Plan Manager (FPM) and Web Dynpro ABAP for TM UI enhancements
- Knowledge of PPF (Post Processing Framework) for output management and Adobe Forms
- Integration experience with IDocs, web services, and SAP PI/PO or SAP Integration Suite (CPI) for carrier and EDI communication
