- ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization
- IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)

Position Details

- Role: IAM SailPoint IdentityIQ Development Specialist
- Location: Bengaluru, India (Manyata Tech Park)
- Experience Required: 6+ Years
- Department: Cybersecurity / Identity & Access Management
- Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Model

- During the probation period, candidates will be expected to work from the office as per business requirements.
- Upon successful completion of probation, employees will be eligible for the organization's hybrid work model, subject to operational and business needs.

- Preferred Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30-60 days

Mandatory Technical Requirements

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in:

- Java
- BeanShell
- XML
- IAM Integrations and Connector Onboarding
- SCIM-based Provisioning
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Access Governance and Certification Campaigns
- SailPoint IdentityIQ Architecture, Configuration, and Administration
- SailPoint Rules, Workflows, Lifecycle Events, and Provisioning Processes
- Identity Lifecycle Management

Preferred Experience

- Sailpoint Java development of connectors and automations for identity provisioning
- Cybersecurity or Security Operations background
- IAM platform production support and operations
- Incident response and user account compromise investigations
- Audit and compliance-related IAM activities
- Global support model and international stakeholder management
- Operational runbooks, SOPs, and process improvement initiatives
