BikeDilwado is a pre-owned two-wheeler marketplace built to make buying used bikes simple, transparent and dependable. Over the last four years, we have served more than 7,000 customers and maintain a ready inventory of 200+ pre-owned two-wheelers. Every vehicle goes through a 107-point inspection and refurbishment process at our in-house facility before reaching the customer.

Role Overview

As an HR Executive, you will work closely with leadership to strengthen the people function at BikeDilwado. The role goes beyond hiring and documentation - you will help identify the right people, improve HR processes, support employees and build a culture of ownership, learning and growth.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Own employee onboarding,



documentation and personnel record maintenance.
- Support attendance, leave, joining and exit processes.
- Assist in building and implementing practical HR policies and systems.
- Support performance management, feedback and employee development processes.
- Drive employee engagement and help strengthen company culture.
- Handle routine employee queries and internal coordination professionally.
- Work closely with leadership on hiring plans, manpower requirements and people operations.
- Help improve HR processes as the organisation scales.
