Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Hybrid App Developer with strong expertise in Angular and Ionic to design, architect, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise mobile applications. The candidate should be proficient in developing scalable, performant, and user-friendly applications across Android, iOS, and web platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of application architecture, software design patterns, and managing large, complex codebases. Experience building offline-first applications, implementing SQLite-based local storage, data synchronization mechanisms, and push notifications is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade cross-platform mobile applications using Angular and Ionic.
- Define and implement scalable application architecture, modular design, and reusable components.
- Apply appropriate software design patterns, coding standards, and architectural best practices.
- Manage and optimize large codebases with multiple modules, complex business workflows, and evolving requirements.
- Design and implement offline-first application capabilities, including local data persistence using SQLite.
- Develop robust data synchronization mechanisms between local databases and backend services, including conflict resolution and retry handling.
- Implement push notifications and local notifications, including device integration, notification handling, and deep linking where applicable.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, backend services, and third-party libraries.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, memory usage, and reliability across Android and iOS.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, data storage, and API communication.




- Collaborate with architects, backend developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and establish maintainable development practices.
- Manage application builds, releases, and deployments for Android and iOS.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of professional experience in mobile or hybrid application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular, Ionic Framework, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, modularization, separation of concerns, and software design patterns.
- Experience with Angular services, RxJS, routing, reactive forms, dependency injection, and state management.
- Hands-on experience with SQLite and offline data persistence.
- Experience designing offline-first workflows and reliable synchronization between local storage and backend APIs.
- Understanding of synchronization challenges, including conflict resolution, duplicate prevention, retry mechanisms, and data consistency.
- Experience implementing push and local notifications on Android and iOS.
- Experience with Capacitor and native device integrations.




- Strong knowledge of REST API integration, JSON, error handling, and application debugging.
- Experience with Git, code reviews, build tools, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of mobile application security and enterprise authentication mechanisms.

General Skills

- Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, and enterprise identity management.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated build and deployment processes.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated mobile application testing.
- Knowledge of native Android/iOS development and platform-specific configurations.
- Experience with background processing, scheduled synchronization, and handling intermittent network connectivity.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise software development practices.
