Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation for the Nagpur office. This full-time, on-site role involves partnering with leadership to understand workforce needs, developing HR strategies, and supporting organizational culture and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing hiring processes, maintaining HR records, administering compensation and benefits, handling employee queries, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Manager will also design and coordinate training and development initiatives, support conflict resolution, and implement HR best practices to improve retention and employee satisfaction. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are aligned with business objectives and local regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements in India.
- Ability to design and implement training, development, and engagement initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management systems and basic MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or professional certification is an advantage.
