Role Description This full-time, on-site Human Resources Recruiting Specialist role is based in Mumbai. The specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes across various roles and departments. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.





The specialist will contribute to employer branding initiatives, support HR operations related to onboarding, and maintain accurate recruitment and HR documentation. The position also requires continuous improvement of recruitment practices and adherence to company policies and local labor regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, including understanding of core HR processes and compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in Hiring and recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Exposure to Employer Branding activities, such as promoting company culture and values through various channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Experience working in a technology, industrial, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively, handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and standard office productivity software.
- 3-4 years of experience
