About the RoleNS Leather Products Pvt. Ltd., a leather goods manufacturing and export company, is looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager – Factory Operations to manage end-to-end human resources and personnel administration at our manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in factory workforce management, labour law compliance, payroll administration, recruitment, and employee relations within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Factory HR Management: Manage factory manpower, attendance, leave, shift scheduling, and workforce planning.
- Labour Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and factory regulations.
- Payroll & Salary Administration:
Oversee monthly payroll, wages, overtime, PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity, and other applicable statutory obligations.
- Recruitment & Staffing: Handle recruitment of factory workers, skilled workers, supervisors, and administrative personnel.
- Employee Relations: Address worker grievances, disciplinary matters, absenteeism, and industrial relations issues.
- Factory Administration: Supervise employee welfare, canteen, sanitation, housekeeping, and other administrative activities as assigned.
- HR Reporting: Prepare reports on manpower, attendance, overtime, employee turnover,
and labour costs.
- Audit & Documentation: Maintain statutory records and support customer social-compliance audits.
- Coordination: Work closely with Production, Accounts, Stores, and Management to ensure smooth factory operations.
- Candidate Requirements✅ 5–8 years of overall HR experience, including at least 3 years in factory or manufacturing HR. ✅ Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
✅ Hands-on experience in payroll, PF, ESI, and wage administration.
✅ Experience in managing factory workers and resolving employee grievances.
✅ Positive communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, HR documentation, and payroll systems.
✅ Experience in leather goods, footwear, garments, bags, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Compensation? Annual CTC: Competitive remuneration as per industry standards, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, experience, and suitability.
