This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Chennai.
The Human Resources
Intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The intern will coordinate with team members on employee engagement activities, track attendance and leave data, and provide administrative support for HR documentation.
Responsibilities may also include supporting recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and assisting with employee advantages and compliance-related tasks. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in HR management and exposure to practical workplace scenarios.
